By booking directly with us we can ensure you receive the lowest rate possible and provide you with the best customer service. ### What Time Is Check-In And Check-Out? Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. ### Do You Allow Early Check-In / Late Check-Out? Yes, we are happy to provide our guests with early check-in and late check-out service when possible. Yes, all rates displayed on our site and transactions will be in Canadian currency (CAD). ### Are Pets Allowed? Le Chamois does not allow pets. ### Do You Allow Smoking On The Property Or In The Rooms? Smoking is only permitted outside the building in designated areas. No smoking is allowed in any of our rooms. ### Do You Have High-Speed Wireless Internet Access? Each room is equipped with their own secure wireless modem and network. ### Do You Have Parking? Yes, we have secure underground pay parking. It is $25 per night per vehicle. ### Do You Have Ski, Snowboard And Bike Storage? Yes. During the winter our ski and board storage is managed by Spicy Sports who are our ski valets. For your bikes we have a secure guest access only locker room monitored by security cameras. ### Do You Have A Fitness Center? What Are The Hours? We do have an on-site fitness center open daily from 8am to 10pm. ### Do You Have A Pool? What Are The Hours? We have a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. The normal hours of operation are 8am to 10pm daily. ### How Do I Check-In To The Lodge? Le Chamois Front desk has varied hours based on the season, please do call and make arrangements with the guest services team for arrivals after 8pm by calling 604.935.1177, option 2 for Front Desk ### Will Your Rooms Allow Rollaway Bed Or Cribs? Is There A Charge? Our rooms all have either a murphy bed or a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. We do not have roll away beds for guests. If a guest requires a crib, high chair or playpen we use a local supplier and there will be additional costs for their rental. ### What Is The Minimum Age Requirement To Check In To The Room?
